With all these fights happening in parallel, the episode felt like it was really shifting gears in intensity; and with the pattern of the first season to look back on, it seems like this season probably wont go past the thirteen episode standard, which is a bit sad. However the episode itself reeked of, "we are about to wrap up, so heres all the flashy and emotional things for you"; so even if I wish Freezing Vibration would last longer, there is going to be a natural end that will probably feel right to stop there.

So this episode wasn't just fighting, because as an after effect of some these fights, there were a few things reveled about the characters involved. The most prominent being the relationship between Charles and Marks -- even if it was fairly obvious through the flashbacks in previous episodes. The one thing that did stick out the most for me is the fact the pretty much everyone thinks they are doing something that is right and they do it to the point of committing atrocious act, but it is justified in their head by the end result of what they are fighting for. The people that made me realize this were Elizabeth and Charles during their fight.

A lot of the battle was centered around the idea of sacrificing -- or just being will to -- one's life to insure your victory. And I was caught by surprise to find out Limiters have Stigmata when Andre forced his to activate. With this being a huge risk for Pandora, and by proxy Limiters as well, there is a chance that Andre might not survive and I'm not sure how that will affect Elizabeth -- especially with that being the cherry on top of all the whip cream that is the darkness coming from Chevalier. As for Charles, she is wholeheartedly following her father, Marks, to insure his decisions to play the bad guy don't go in vain.

Uneasy Marks

Since this was a fight, someone was going to lose, and Charles was the one that lost to a heavy blow and we got to see a change in face coming from Marks It's nice to see that he can react to something, making him a bit more human; however, him being stone face after torturing Elizabeth, it is a bit of a weird contrast. Either way, I'm glad to see the main villain of this series is a bit more three dimensional, even if he is just playing the part.

Smiling Monster

The fight between Satellizer and Rana versus Chiffon was where -- even though I don't like what Chiffon is fighting to protect -- we finally got to see Chiffon fight for real and her sexy yet scary colors came out. This fight was two on one, so you would think that the fight would favor the two person team -- in this case that is Satellizer and Rana. However, with no real reference of how you would compared Chiffon -- besides it justing being said that she is the strongest in West Genetics -- it was unexpected to see her wipe the flow with both people opposing her.

The fight itself hasn't concluded like more of the others, but it is hard to root for for Satellizer and Rana; although Satellizer hasn't used Nova Mode at all, and Kazuya is being useless again by just sitting and watching and not being a Limiter and freezing people. Most likely this fight won't last the length of the next episode because we still have one more very important thing that has been teased for the past two episodes.

Ending Card

One of the main mysteries is about to be unveiled, as Amelia has finally made her way to Dr. Ohara. It is really strange that Amelia continues to transition to her Nova form and she still has full control over it without much effort -- it might have something to do with the improvements made to Mark IV, but it is very weird regardless. I'm still pretty puzzled as to why Ohara is mass producing Maria's. For all I know, based on my prediction of Ohara becoming a new type of Pandora, there might be a new fight getting ready to start between her and Amelia.

Basically, based on this episode, it is far more likely that there will be around thirteen episodes, and if it ending is conclusively I've comes to accept that. The episode was defiantly pretty exciting with the many fights that concluded and continue; I'm still pretty excited to see what Dr. Ohara has in store for us, but we will have to wait another week.
