Another week of Anime Suggestion Sunday, and this week we are looking at Kuuchuu Buranko. And if you missed last weeks, it is located here.
Inside the Irabu General Hospital, there is a psychiatrist named Dr. Irabu Ichiro; who is childish, but very effective at treating the patients that come to see him in his work place. With several different patients and their variety of mental disorder, we dive deep into the human mind, as they are being cured or just learn to deal with their illnesses.
The art style may turn some people off, but the way that the mind is presented in said art style, really works for it. Even with every episode being a different patient each time, Kuuchuu Buranko found an interesting way to tie it together into one great, cohesive experience. This one is for people that want an anime that walks the path less traveled and still has a comedic, yet intelligent stance on the human psyche.
