Abandoning Reality

The end of the world is upon us, that's right Chuunibyou Demo Koi Ga Shitai! has ended. With all jokes aside, this anime came to me as nothing short of a moe anime, but to my surprise it was a decent anime with a pretty nice ending. Even with that said it was a quite a predictable way to wrap up this kind of series, even I had a pretty accurate description from my first impressions of the show.

Another issue I've had with the way Chuunibyou Demo Koi Ga Shitai! ended can be wrapped up in a quote I thought up, I know its gross to quote myself but here it is, "Why must you sacrifice reality in order to truly enjoy something?". It's a weird thing when people say that an item or idea, looses its "magic" when you learn the truth about it. Of course I disagree simply by say you can learn how to make chocolate from the ground up, it doesn't make it any less delicious.

So as a signing note for this Mayan Apocalypse, keep reality in your sights, all the while dreaming for bigger and better.
