Welcome to a new weekly series of posts dubbed Anime Suggestion Sunday, or ASS abbreviated, because sexual jokes are the highest of all forms of humor. Every Sunday I want to showcase anime that I find to be good, but they aren't talked about as much as most anime.
For this week we are looking at Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin, or just Rainbow for short.
In no way is Rainbow a cute anime; the focus is on seven teenage inmates of Shounan Special Reform School, which is basically a prison. Rainbow shows a lot of the dark sides of humans and isn't for the weak of heart. Regardless, this anime has some great character development and unique plot style that isn't sugar coated, not to mention great opening song. If this description peaks your interest, you should check Rainbow out and soon, the title will make a lot more sense.
