After a ceasefire was issued, many people went into poverty and lot of corruption of the higher ups began to sprout. In order to speed the process of war relief efforts, Army State Section III, more commonly known as Pumpkin Scissor, was started. Most of the military, and even the people that were suffering, didn't take this section very seriously.
Pumpkin Scissors is kind of a mixed bag. You have your non-serious comedy, mixed in with serious issues of suffering people and some conspiracies in between. If you like a good range of genres that are melted together nicely, all being wrapped in an interesting story, you might want to give Pumpkin Scissors a try.
