Anime Is Not Porn! - Fight Against Prejudice
Anime is neither childish, nor just porn and Pokémon. Have a look at the most famous prejudices towards anime and support this campaign. Our aim is to encourage people to be a bit more accepting of anime.
I came across a pretty interesting site while waiting for the uncensored version of Freezing Vibration to come out -- it was delayed for a day, but the people at Hiryuu Fansubs are doing a good job. So the site is a brief introduction to what is and isn't anime. It was convenient for me to be informed of such a website because I was thinking of writing a post similar to this, in the future, and now I don't have to -- but I probably will just because more information out in the wild doesn't hurt anyone.
This page is very well designed and touches on most of the misconceptions that people, not familiar with this kind of medium, have. Even if you are well versed in the anime space, it is a nice thing to read through. So this can be a nice resource for those finding themselves having to defend anime all the time.
